Free Look up / Return of products time Period

We will be promoting many products and services through our business digital media platform. It
is to be noted that we are not the manufacturers in most of the cases for those products, and we
shall be engaged in promoting third party company’s products. Once you have purchased a
product or subscribed to service from us, you have 15 days free look-up period. Which means
that you have the right to return the product or service within 15 days of receiving the product or
subscription. In some case; for eg – services, signing up electronically (like on website) will be
considered the receiving of subscription. If the product is shipped/sold/sent by the third-party
company then customer/user/subscriber will be responsible for refund and cancellation directly
with them and not us.

Product Return/subscription Cancellation or Refund Policy

In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers or users can
return/exchange the product within 15 days of their product/subscription received.

The customers or user must contact the company who has shipped/sold the product for any
grievances. They have to provide a reason for returning the said products. In case the customer
returns the product, it is the company’s (which shipped/sold the product) obligation to satisfy the
customer’s need for money refund or replacements of products.

The manufacturer/shipping/selling company will replace these products free of cost or if the
customer does not want the same products, he can exchange the product with new/another one
within the same price limit that he purchased already. If customer does not want the exchange
and want to the return the product, company will make arrangement for returning the money to
customer for the amount that he paid for the product. Return of the amount will be done
electronically via Wire/Bank Transfer/SWIFT/Paypal/or any other applicable banking method. 

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been
damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the
packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to
take delivery of the package, and call/write to our Customer Care mentioning your order reference number.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Cancellation

For Cancellation of confirmed/placed order you will have to contact the company which
shipped/sold/manufactured the product, on their helpline number or you may also send the
request via their website contact us page or any other method they have deployed to engage
their customer for the same process. In case the product/services are sold by our company, then you
may also contact us on our number mentioned on the website or write to us
at info@themediahouse.online.

Please be informed that GREAT MEDIA COMPANY does not apply its Product Return Policy on any items which is used after opening it.

FRANCHISEE PRODUCTS or SERVICES

We will be appointing many channel partners/franchisee/depots to increase our business network
and we understand that we need to do that for delivering better services to our users/customers
and they are also the main connecting point between the company and the users or customers.

We reserve the right to change or modify the separate pay out level to Franchisee However, for
bringing in more business and in order to reward excellence in their sales company reserve the
right to declare extra bonus for special Franchisee selected as per their sales performance.

Company reserves the right to appoint, disqualify, stopping payment against not returning the
due products for Franchisee anytime.

ELECTRONIC MEDIA/DIGITAL CONTENTS

We are primarily engaged in marketing various products and services through our website and
various other affiliations channels available online. We take care in providing correct information
and make sure the due diligence is made before we broadcast/publish the information or
program.

However, this is to be noted that the sources/channels/periodicals/books/magazines which may be utilising for any information may have discord/dispute over some information. 

We will not be responsible for the information we have shown based on that journal links or links of the video/media/books etc.

We will be dealing in many promotional activities like real-estate/jobs/events/book
reviews/financial product revies/tech product reviews/healthcare product reviews and much
